Often customers come through to Assist Group confused and unsure of how to manage hazardous substances within their workplace, or what medical tests they require for each substance. As a part of our service, we provide a complimentary review of your MSDS documentation so you understand what tests need to be performed and at what frequency.

Assist Group understands this frustration and provides customised health surveillance medical programs to provide your company with the relevant information and testing required (by law or regulation) based on the hazardous substances your employees are exposed to which may be a significant risk to health.

We are here to navigate your health surveillance medical program, by following the below steps:

STEP ONE

With your assistance we collect the relevant MSDS documentation for review to better understand the hazardous substances used within your workplace. Please use the tool below to upload your relevant MSDS documentation. If you have chemicals where you are unsure if they would be classified as hazardous or not, upload these as well.

STEP TWO

After receiving your MSDS documentation, our senior medical team will review the content of the MSDS documentation and collect a list of the different hazardous substances currently being used within your workplace.

STEP THREE

After auditing MSDS documentation, our team will meet with you to create a testing matrix specific to your workplace, sites and number of employees. By creating this matrix we can also look at quoting and bundling your assessments to save you time and money!

STEP FOUR

Once all the details are finalised, we will roll out the health surveillance medical program either within your workplace or within our clinics, depending on your preference. All results will be collated and reviewed to ensure all results are below relevant exposure thresholds.

STEP FIVE

For any substances that require frequent or annual monitoring, Assist Group will assist to manage review timeframes. We can send reminders directly to key personnel prior to the due date of review and schedule your repeat appointments.
