Trauma & Critical Incident Counselling
This service assists employees involved in a traumatic event in the workplace. When an accident, workplace injury, death or
robbery occurs in the workplace, most people experience a number of emotions including shock, confusion, pain, sorrow and anguish. Nearly everyone
will be consumed with thoughts of the incident. This early response service is aimed at minimising the impact on work performance.
Workers Compensation Rehabilitation Psychological Counselling
This service is designed to assist employees that have been injured in the workplace and are experiencing psychological
difficulties adjusting to their injury and impeding the return to work process. It also addresses management of chronic pain.
Psychological Risk Assessments
With the increasing emphasis on the latest Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulation, as well as the Premium Discount
Scheme, we have developed a newer service of identifying and addressing psychological risk factors in the workplace. This service can be deployed
simultaneously with a physical risk assessment of the workplace, or as a stand-alone product. This is one of our latest additions to the service
list psych assist offers to its employer clients.

Often there are problems which occur between the various divisions of an organisation. This often occurs when there is conflict
between management and workers.
Our team of Psychologists is very experienced in analysing and assessing any problem areas within an organisation and resolving
issues with solution-based strategies.

In assisting to determine liability acceptance/denial in regards to stress claims, an Insurer can refer to this service.
Given the increase in these types of claims, we have expanded our portfolio to include this service. Given the Unit's history in regards to the
management and treatment of Worker's Compensation claims, we feel, only adds weight to the quality of our service delivery in this area.
