Thankyou for your interest in engaging Injury Management Assist to act as your nominated rehabilitation provider, to assist with
your injury. Injury Management Assist is accredited to provide a range of services in Occupational Health & Safety consulting, rehabilitation
management, medical prevention and treatment management as well as training in Occupational Health & Safety compliance strategies. In addition our
partnership with key medical and paramedical providers has given us the opportunity to gain a formidable position as one of Sydney's most respected
and knowledgeable providers in the prevention and management of workplace injuries pertaining to your industry.
What requirements will we work on together?
We will assist and educate you to return to work in a safe and timely manner, coordinating all parties to facilitate the best
services to assist with a positive return to work outcome, within the Worker's Compensation Scheme NSW.
What will the service cost?
There is no direct cost to you for this assistance service. Costs are recovered from the insurance company of your employer.
How long will the assistance last? Who will help me?
Injury times vary according to the severity and type of injury.
Injury Management Assist will allocate a health professional consultant. The consultant will be required to liaise closely with yourself and
other professionals from your organisation, with the view to substantiating compliance with the Injury Management benchmarks. We aim to return
you to work as soon, and as safely as possible.
I am totally Unfit for work. Can you still help?
Yes we can! Getting us involved early is crucial!! Whilst you are unfit we can meet with your employer as your representative,
to look for suitable work for you to do, so when you are fit to perform some work we can plan a graduated return to work program. We can meet with
you and your Doctor to discuss what is available at work for you to do.

To streamline the referral approval with the insurer, please fill out the relevant information in this online referral.
We will follow up with your Insurance company to gain approval to assist you.
