About this Course

Are Managers and Supervisors taking no responsibility for injuries in the work place? Under the Workers Compensation Act 1987 & the Injury Management Act 1998 everybody in the organisation has a role to play in the Return to work of injured workers. Assist Group has developed a training package specifically for Managers & Supervisors. The training is aimed at aligning management to better understand Workers Compensation Management, strategies and initiatives.

Graphing on companies that have had poor tracking and management of claims.
With appendices on injury recovery times and important sections or the WC Act and IM Act.
