- Session 1: Managing Complex Cases - Suitable Duties dilemmas i.e. trouble shooting suitable duties legislation
- Session 2: Strategic Case Management - i.e. looking at IR issues, personal, claims, motivational and medical factors includes yellow flags
- Session 3: Disputed Claims i.e. WCC, WAS, relationship with insurer, AMS
- Session 4: Managing Complex Cases - Mapping and Negotiation
- Session 5: Options for permanently/partially incapacitated workers, i.e. Job seeking clients
Afternoon
- "What the", a case with Shoulder, Back and Psychological problems, were participants are given an unfit certificate and then have to undertake investigations, interviews and locate evidence to resolve "JACK" before the end of 1st year renewal.
- Interview and investigate with an IMC Doctor, O/T and a Workers Comp Manager.
